Assist with daily tasks on the farm of Marvin and Amy Holstine and also the headquarters for The Produce Patch. Duties would include planting, caring for and harvesting vegetables.  Other duties would include working in turkey barns to help clean-out, maintain and care for turkeys.

Performance Expectation  #1 – Assist with vegetable production

• Plant, cultivate, spray, harvest, sort and load vegetables
• Clean and Maintain farm
• Have a positive attitude about all jobs
• Demonstrate ability to complete work independent from supervision
• Be a team player
• Willing to work long hours during busy season

Performance Expectation #2 - Assist with Turkey and other farm operations

• Clean-out and Prepare barns for new turkey flocks
• Mow, weed-eat and clean around farm
• Communicate with management in clear manner
